The suburban site benefits from a reserve adjacent to the northern boundary.
The design combines a distinctive, yet private façade with an oversized raked soffit returning along the northern wall providing protection from summer sunlight yet allowing winter sunlight to penetrate the internal and covered external living areas.
The central entry separates garaging from the living zone to the north
Winter sunlight floods the covered entertaining area
A lower Tasmanian Oak lined ceiling delineates the kitchen/bar area from dining/living areas
A double sided fireplace separates dining and living zones
