1907 Residence

This circa 1907 Federation dwelling, with Victorian detailing was constructed with a free-standing kitchen/maids quarters building.

The covered way connecting the two buildings evolved over time into an enclosed corridor, subsequently made into an open covered way with early rolled roof. Its poor structural condition, and the fact it was not original fabric, resulted in re-construction.
