1890 Victorian Residence
This substantial Victorian residence and outbuildings, completed in 1890, is largely in original condition.
Whilst minor modifications and additions have occurred over time, the majority of the original fabric is extant.
Thus, preservation of original fabric, restoration of altered fabric and limited adaptation to introduce desired contemporary facilities will retain the significance of the place whilst enabling continued occupation and use over time.
