Contemporary Insert into Historic Interior
The aim of this project was to insert a new kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine within a 1930’s timber schoolroom.
A free standing monolithic kitchen cupboard wall screens the living space from the bathroom and mezzanine beyond. The original voluminous interior is retained.
