Berry House 2005 – Rural Housing
The aim of this project was to re-interpret the rural vernacular – prominent gable roof forms and concave verandah roof.
The north facing living area has a verandah on 3 sides.
The two bedroom wings are separated by a terrace.
Splayed weatherboards, double hung windows with operable louvres further reference to the vernacular
Builders – Strongbuild
The verandah decking extends beyond the northern roof
