Contemporary Insert into Historic Interior.

The aim of the project was to insert a new kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine a circa 1930s timber framed, double height school room.

A free standing monolithic kitchen cupboard wall screens the living space from the bathroom, bedrooms and mezzanine beyond. The original voluminous interior is retained.
