Shoalhaven Heads House

The suburban site benefits from a reserve adjacent to the northern boundary. The design combines a distinctive, yet private façade with an oversized raked soffit returning along the northern wall providing protection from summer sunlight yet allowing winter sunlight to penetrate the internal and covered external living areas.
