Constables Cottage
Addition to Heritage Building.
This project involved the addition of a light-filled living space to a 1865 heritage listed cottage. The addition is a contemporary galvanised steel clad cube. Full height glazed doors slide into a cavity to open the interior to the garden. Recessed entrance doors visually separate new from old allowing the original buildings form to remain unaltered and clearly legible.
